A life long animal lover, she grew up in a home full of bleeding heart animal rescuers affectionately referred to as "the zoo" by her friends.  Everything from a horse to rehabilitating blue jay babies occupied their home.  She was slated by her family to become a vet, or a marine biologist; her dreams were however placed on the back burner to care for her ailing grandmother, and instead she attended LaSalle University for a Management Information Sciences degree.  After welcoming her border collie mix, her lifelong passion for animals could no longer be contained.  She fled the corporate cubicles and is now owned and controlled by four dogs of various sizes and pedigrees.  When not under their paw and bark, she serves other furry four footers as a pet stylist.
